Hi! I’m Nancy, and I’m so glad you’re here.
As a certified RDI Consultant with years of experience, I am passionate about helping parents better understand their child and recognize that behaviour is communication. I love providing insight and practical strategies that reduce challenging behaviour. Learning how to communicate effectively with your autistic child in a way that builds a relationship and understanding can be a total game-changer.
My goal is to help you understand your child’s behaviour and respond with intention rather than reaction—so your child and family can feel less stressed. I want your child to thrive, and I truly believe that supporting parents in this way creates a better quality of life for the child and the entire family.

After years of working with autistic children and their families, I’ve seen what works—and what definitely doesn’t—and chose to do things differently. I love sharing my decades of knowledge, experience, and perspective because I know it helps parents learn effective strategies and tools that support regulation and, in many cases, prevent challenging behaviour.
Through actionable steps, easy-to-implement strategies, and meaningful perspective shifts, I help you move from a crisis mindset to a more proactive, less-stressed place. Together, we can change the story of parenting and supporting children with autism and other special needs.
