Hi! I’m Nancy, and I’m so glad you’re here. As a certified RDI Consultant and Behaviour Coach, I’m excited to show you how everyday moments can become teaching moments. My goal is to help you make subtle, intentional changes that promote growth—for you as a caregiver or parent, and for the autistic individual in your life. I want both of you to live life to the fullest, and that starts with proactive, thoughtful support.

After years of working with autistic children and their families, I saw what worked—and what definitely didn’t—and decided to do things differently. I love sharing my knowledge, experience, and perspectives because I know I can help transform your experience of parenting or supporting autistic and special needs children and youth. I’m passionate about inspiring parents and professionals to feel greater confidence, trust, and empowerment.
Through actionable steps, easy-to-implement strategies, and perspective shifts, I help you move from a crisis mindset to a place of connection and hope. I use the same powerful techniques I teach with my own children and myself, so I know they work—because I live them every day. Together, we can change the story of parenting and supporting children with autism and other special needs.
