I understand how challenging parenting can be. Especially for moms! Parenting is a full-time, stressful, and often demanding role. When you add neurodiversity, behavioral challenges, or developmental disabilities into the mix, it can feel even more overwhelming. But you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I love supporting parents one-on-one as a cheerleader, coach, and confidante. I’ll help you develop practical skills, strategies, and tools to boost your confidence, strengthen your relationship with your child, and learn how to support their growth effectively. I’m passionate about sharing a fresh perspective on behavior and autism. Working with professionals who support autistic and special needs children brings me great joy, because I know the traditional approaches often don’t work. I also know how to provide strategies and supports that genuinely improve learning, foster growth, and increase regulation. Both at school and in the community.

Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®)

The RDI program is based on the work of Dr. Steven Gutstein and the latest research in brain development. Its core principle is that parents are the best guides for their child or youth. The program equips parents with the skills to help develop their child’s thinking abilities, fostering independent thinking and enhancing communication skills to navigate our complex world.
We achieve this by guiding parents to use everyday moments as optimal learning opportunities, with a long-term focus on creating positive, empowering processes for both the child and the family. RDI recognizes that every individual and family is unique, and together, we will design a program tailored specifically to your child and your family’s needs.
As a certified RDI consultant, I will support and guide you every step of the way.
